James J Baranowski:
Prior to starting NohoNetworks, I was employed as a Network Administrator and IT regional Manager providing all the network and computer support for four offices in the East region for a video conference integration company called MCSi.  Previously to that, I was employed as an IS Manager and Staff Engineer for a local construction company providing network and desktop support along with civil engineering designs for projects. Currently, I am employeed full-time for a large investment firm in Western Massachusetts. I am a server administrator, managing 500+ servers, of which 200 are virtual. I am a VMware admin with 25 hosts currently split on VMware ESX 3.5 and migrating to VMware vSphere ESXi 4.0 hosts using NetApp storage.
Chuck Baranowski: 
Currently employed full-time at a lawyers office providing all server, workstation, Network, Back-up, antivirus, communications support for 25+ business partners. Previously employed as a Systems Analyst providing network and desktop support for a municipality. In addition I have ten years of experience as a Field Service Engineer installing computerized research equipment to major corporations, universities, and government facilities.
